“The programme is going really well the children are really taking to it. Children love the dolls and did an activity passing the dolls around and point them out in the book. We have no three years olds in nappies. Our really young ones are starting to show an interest and when they see a potty the say ‘pot pot’. Before we had the pack there was no interest in potty training but now the whole Nursery is involved. Parents are keen to get involved in toilet training. We have one parent at drop off time that will take their child to the toilet as part of the routine and then they both go and put magnet on the board.” Ruby Saunders, Manager, Tops Day Nursery, Winchester

“The programme is working really well here. In our 2 year old room- however we are introducing it into our baby room as they are showing signs of interest and parents are on board with this too. We are using the George and Hollie dolls all the time and the books are always out to relate to and look at . The magnetic reward chart children love and want to put up their own magnets. The reward magic box is filled up with bubbles, notepads, pencils, stickers and medals. Flashcards are working really well and lots of talking is involved. All in all a positive experience for the children in our room. “Immy Gunputh, Manager, Tops Day Nursery, Corfe Mullen
